As chief executive officer at CEMS, Sally is responsible for:

Planning organizing, coordinating, executing and supervising functions

Meeting and communicating with event coordinators regularly to ensure satisfaction, identify opportunities, and provide status updates on daily operations and projects.

Acting as liaison between the client, operations leads, and corporate support teams.

Running weekly team meetings
Prior to joining CEMS Sally worked at Kucera Management as Commercial Assistant Property Manager. Sally earned her Associates Degree in financial management and mortgage banking in 2003. She has been with CEMS for 10 years
Mario Rodriguez
Director of Operations
Mario is director of operations with more than 20 years of experience in the trade show industry producing a variety of events around the country nationally.
After nearly a decade working with CEMS, Mario is committed to excellence and designing and executing events that achieve his clients’ goals. He is responsible for the overall vision, operations and development of events, working closely with management and operations.
When he's not planning or organizing events, Mario enjoys spending time with his family and baseball. Go Astros!
