We at the McAllen Convention Center have had the pleasure of working with Convention+ Expo Management Services (CEMS) since 2009 on the various events that take place in our venue. l'm writing this letter of recommendation for CEMS because of the wonderful experience we had with them this past weekend decorating for our event at the Palmer Event Center. Mario Rodriguez and his crew were scheduled to arrive Tuesday at 6:00 am and they pulled into the service yard right behind me at 5:45 am. They continued with a strong work ethic throughout our entire event and decorated our show exactly according to plan. That couldn't have been easy for them as we were making changes right up until the day before the show. Mario's employees were extremely flexible in making changes on the fly for us and went out of their way to be helpful and courteous to our volunteers and vendors. They are a fun group of people to work with. CEMS has done two shows for us now and we wouldn't consider using anyone else. Their service has been far better than our expectations.
